Light Cleaning

No moving of furniture, wiping only, no scrubbing.

  • Appliances: Outside of microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher.

  • Kitchen: Counters, Sink, Range top.

  • Bedroom: Top of furniture

  • Bathroom: Sink, Bathtub, Shower, Toilet.

  • 1-2 Cleaners

  • Bathrooms: Counter Tops, toilets, mirrors Shined.

  • Bedrooms: Tops of furniture Dusted.

  • Dining room: Tops of furniture Dusted. 

  • Floors: Vacuumed and Mopped

  • Kitchen: Sanitized counter tops, microwave, and sink. 

  • Living Room: Top of furniture Dusted.

  • Trash: Liners replaced and taken out.

Standard Cleaning

Goes over all heavy use areas with some detail work.

Moving smaller furniture, wiping and light scrubbing, inside and outside of some appliances.

  • Appliances: Outside of microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher. Inside of microwave.

  • Kitchen: Counters, Sink, Range top, Burners

  • Dining: Table, Table feet, Chairs.

  • Living: Top of furniture, Bottom shelves, Furniture feet.

  • Bedroom: Top of furniture, Bottom shelves, Furniture feet.

  • Bathroom: Sink, Bathtub scrub, Shower scrub, Toilet, Mirrors,

Includes:

  • 1-2 Cleaners

  • Base Boards: Dusted. 

  • Bathrooms: Sanitized and Shined counters, mirrors, showers, sinks, toilets.

  • Bedrooms: Dusted and Shined

  • Blinds: Dusted.

  • Dining room: Sanitized and Shined furnishings. 

  • Doors: Sanitized and Dusted. 

  • Fans: Dusted. 

  • Floors: Vacuumed and Mopped.

Heavy Cleaning

The cleaning that gets down, way down. This cleaning is for the dirty details. It includes things like interior windows and oiling. Bigger appliances will be gone over and moved.

Moving of larger furniture, wiping and deep scrubbing, inside and outside of most appliances.

Includes:

  • 2-4 Cleaners

  • ‘Standard Cleaning’

  • All beds: Made with clean sheets.

  • All wood: Oiled.

  • Moved: Fridge and small furniture

  • Windows: All interior windows shined.

Move In/Out

Cleaning

This cleaning goes over everything; cabinets and drawers will be cleaned out, large appliances will be moved and cleaned on the inside, all interior windows will be cleaned, blinds will be hand cleaned and wood oiled.

Includes:

  • 2-4 Cleaners

  • Standard Cleaning

  • Wood: Oiled.

  • Blinds: Hand cleaned.

  • Moved: Large appliances.

  • Windows: All interior windows shined.

    *All hard to reach areas will be cleaned as well. The front and inside of cabinets will be cleaned. Most large appliances will be moved and cleaned inside.

Rotation Cleaning

The cleaning that rotates deeper work in each room, that way it doesn’t pile up and can be done throughout how frequently we visit.

An asterisk* beside the service is what’s rotated.

Includes:

  • 2-3 Cleaners

  • Base Boards: *Dusted.

  • Bathrooms: Sanitized and Shined counters, mirrors, showers, sinks, toilets.

  • Bedrooms: Dusted and Shined

THE DETAILS

  • Supplies are provided.

  • We will not wash bed sheets.

  • Important paperwork on desk will not be touched.

  • Very fine and expensive items such as Electronic displays, Large amounts of cash, Guns, Jewelry, etc will not be handled unless explicitly told.

  • Fire arms will not be handled in any fashion.

  • If area is too cluttered we will move around as best we can, but will not organize.

  • Natural cleaning products available upon request.
